By default within JOSM imagery.tms.tmsloader.maxjobsperhost=6 which I
believe aligns with modern browsers.

Based on my own testing, the imagery loads almost instantaneous. Is
there a benefit to using the host switch when this is by default 6 and
you can tweak it if you wish?
