I was wondering the same thing, because a Google search on that string of data 
returns a location shown on Google Maps, which is the shop I was looking at?

 

Isn't that a rather strange thing to have connected with OSM? 

 

Or is that an OSMAND matter / problem? I'll head over to that forum, ask the 
question there as well & see if they've got any info?
