Agreed, but I'm inclined to make this area cover all the way to the fence
since for cricket the field is the whole area inside the fence.

I think as the proper area is more accurate as it shows the extent of the
dog park, something not possible when mapped as a node. Also the area is
important for some data consumers who are interested in the size of the dog
park.

I'm more concerned with mapping accurately for data consumers than mapping
for the renderer.
