I've secured the OSMF CC BY 4.0 waiver from DELWP for use of their Vicmap Datasets in OpenStreetMap. Some of these datasets were already listed at https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Contributors#Victorian_Government_data, but now I've updated that section with the waiver details so it's clear from a licensing point of view this data can be used in OSM. This covers any of the Vicmap data at https://www.data.vic.gov.au/data/dataset?sort=score+desc%2C+metadata_modified+desc&q=vicmap&organization=department-of-environment-land-water-planning
