Since iD now supports EPSG:4326 WMS layers [1] and we have the OSMF CC BY waiver completed for all ACT Government ACTmapi datasets [2], the ACT 2017 Imagery has been added to the editor-layer-index [3] which means it will be available in iD at the next iD release.
