A lot of the roads around the new stations are still tagged
construction, let's try to keep a close eye on them opening up to the
public.
If you change the tags from highway=construction, teh tag construction=*
should be removed .. leaving it there causes confusion.

With the opening_date key, even if it gets pushed back we can just
revise the date. I'm still in the camp that stations and lines can
be out of construction even if there are no scheduled services
running yet.

How reliable is this 'rumour'?
Possibly the 'rumour' is when testing will commence.. rather than
regular customer operations?
Report in Aug 2018 said no earlier than 5 th May... so it is
possible.
There .. having said all that it is now certain to start early
May:))
Despite that.. I'd not add it until we have official
confirmation...
don't want to jinx it.
