Should be fixed now thanks to Tom Hughes, seems as if the unpacking of the coastline files ran out of space.
Note: neither a private slack channel nor a "relatively" obscure mailing list are suitable channels for reporting operational problems. The general OSM IRC channel or the operations github repo issue tracker are what you should be using is you really want something to be fixed.
