It covers all Web Services at https://www.spatial.nsw.gov.au/mapping_and_imagery/lpi_web_services which includes the NSW Cadastre layer. Feel free to add a PR at https://github.com/osmlab/editor-layer-index/tree/gh-pages/sources/oceania/au/nsw if you think it's useful.
