Just opened a Map Roulette challenge for phone numbers not being in the
"correct" format.

The first one that came up was a local Dan Murphy's with it's number
entered correctly as 1300 723 388, which has apparently errored because of
this
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:phone :
"Also some amenities have a local phone number which can only be used
domestically not cannot be called internationally (notably for toll free
phone numbers, or abbreviated phone numbers). For example:

   - phone:FR=0 800 123 456 for standard toll free call only from France
where the amenity is (note that there's NO "+" sign, it is NOT in
   international format),"

Our Oz guidelines
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Australian_Tagging_Guidelines#1300.2C_1800_and_1900_numbers
 say

"1300 and 1800 and 1900 numbers cannot be called from overseas so should
simple be entered as they are. Some 1800 numbers give another number for
calls from overseas. It may be best to put in the local number, no codes."

So, should we start entering *phone:AU=1300 xxx xxx*, & also amend our
guidelines?

Thanks

Graeme
