I looked in the wiki and the only relevant thing I found was
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key%3Asign but it barely documented.
The signs detail things within the park. As such that information should
go on the park, access restrictions etc.
The location of the signs and there information is of less importance.
There is a little use of sign=* though most of it is road traffic
related. You could use it but it is undocumented and of low use so it
will not get rendered.
