I think the common understanding is landuse=forest is for "Managed woodland
or tree plantation maintained by human to obtain forest products". and
natural=wood for bush land which has trees (or more than just shrubs). So
it doesn't matter what the species kind is and if it's native or not, it's
more how the area is designated and used which makes the distinction.
