The concern is that with many service roads crossing between
public roads, routing engines may take one down through well areas.
I would think that the track leading to the well would be private access
Farm tracks too could be access=private.
While the well head can be a small area, the actual mining lease can be
large. The large area could be mapped with layer=-1,-2,-3,-4 or -5.
But what source are you going to use for the area?
