I have responded on the note.

"Navigation by any map is dangerous. A map is an indication." and so on.

I have suggested that the track be tagged as access=private from that node westwards.

They do look to be more than communicative.

They have just added the track details to the track they were using, & to be 
honest, you'd wonder why you'd be driving along there not knowing what was at the 
other end?
