Had similar recently clearing Notes in Cabramatta. The mapped streets, crossings & footpaths were all pretty well aligned to imagery, but all of the buildings in the CBD were offset ~10m. Turned out that most of them had actually been mapped ~11 years ago, so that's reasonable to expect!
