Hi,

I've just read through the wiki page and got some remarks:

(Artikel 2)
Is there a difference in the "gerechterlijke arrondisimenten"?
If there are some big differences we can choose the best "arrondisement"
to create our "zetel van de vereniging".

(Artikel 3)
As purpose of the VZW we can include the maintenance of the logging
devices, openstreetmap.be name etc.
In that case they are managed and owned by a group of people instead of
1 single person.

Can you also add the link to the openstreetmap Foundation providing
information about the local chapters?

Greetings Johan
