Hi, The cooling tower at Drogenbos has nothing to do with UCB. It really is part of an Electrabel power plant, just not a nuclear one. The technology involved is combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) or "Turbine Gaz-Vapeur" (TGV) in French.
