Jo, First of all: great effort! I really believe this is what we need to try and do more.
A few remarks: - Maybe it would have been better that this would have been on a wiki-page somewhere. People can maybe even add their names to the wiki and you can add additional details later if some questions pop up after sending all the messages. - Maybe we can collaborate a little more on this to make it more visible. I can put this on the OSM-twitter account, google+,... - Add it to the agenda on the frontpage of the wiki.
