This is a good idea !
Packstation seems provide useful information.
IMHO the most appropriate is:
amenity = vending_machine
vending=parcel_pickup;parcel_mail_in
operator=bpost
type=24/7 station
But why shall we not use opening_hours ?

I should want to know how to tag them, and if some are already in the
OSM Database somewhere in Belgium. The bpost website uses google maps,
but is not up to date. There is one such service in Mons (Bergen)
which is not still in the database.
