Hi,

I started working on osm because I was not always that satisfied with the ngi
maps with regard to tracks and paths. So I started filling up the numerous
blind spots in osm, mainly in Limburg. I hope that one day I can start adding
complete mountainbike routes (because the maps on www.bloso.be are usually not
that accurate). Soon I noticed that there are many places where not much has
changed to the road infrastructure since 2009/2010. At first I did some
corrections, refinements, etc. here and there. But a few weeks ago I started
with a complete review of the road infrastructure in Genk. It's more work than
I expected. And now and then I get sidetracked by other things ...

I'd also like to put some effort in the wiki. The 'How to map an object' pages
are very useful, so I'll probably concentrate first on that. But I noticed that
elsewhere in the Belgian wiki some pages haven't been updated in years and seem
to be somewhat outdated.

 Regards,

Stijn

Bart,

I see exactly the same when I do the "knooppunten". It seems as someone with a
bike surveyed the area, but no foot survey was done yet. And in some cases new
paths were made available for the knooppunten.

Daan,

I hope you are fully recovered from your bike crash & operation.

Have fun with your projects

As for me I am working on the GR paths and other hiking / walking routes in my

pedestrians can access them.
