My personal opinion: yes, getting this from the boundaries is too complicated and will fail often. Also: - Don't map too many addresses already :-) It could make things more difficult when sending all our findings to the imports list. - We really need concensus on the whole building vs node thing. I'm just in favor of building because this is just the same conclusion they reached at the NY import and they did a LOT of research into the matter. I'm planning on this being the final iteration.
