typically it is best to split in different nodes. Each node can then be placed at the subactivity. For common stuff (e.g. name, operator, phone, address...) - repeat on each node - or, place on the polygon emcompassing all subactivitities - or when a polygon is not possible, use a site-relation (or multi-polygon)
Using nodes in a polygon allows you to put different tags on the subactivities (such as a different name or opening hours). regards m.
