I honestly cannot remap all landuse=farm there based on imagery, although I know the area more or less. :-) I doubt that everything that is mapped as farm right now, has to become meadow/farmland. On the other hand, you will never know for sure whether farmland is for crops, as the wiki in some languages states that you can use it for crops and meadows.
