And "moped:A" applies to "oneway", which part of the vehicles one-way is for. Unfortunately, as often with OSM docs, that article isn't very clear that namespace can be multilevel and in what order. The worst of it is that some contributors don't like namespace and scold those who speak about it, saying "we don't do like that" (who is "we"?).
