Hi everyone! You will notice, doing a search for 'ADV Rider openstreetmap' you will find my posts, you will also see some more comments and questions. What i would like todo, is have a wiki page for it, to adress all the comments. This is also why im so (annoying?) adiment about OSM GeoBase integration :) right now im working on getting the osm data converted to degree squares, so they line up with the chart. I know where all doing this part-time, but im really asking for some concentrated effort (for just a short time) ... Once the framework for each of the maps gets done, then the regular updating and maintaining of it will be easy :) there is certainly no shortage of people who can do minor edits.
My personal goal is to create a garmin install file for the 096 area, and sault ste. Marie, for the grand opening of the new trans canada trail pavilion. ~ 2 things will happen, people will be aware of my work, and (more importantly) people will become aware of this teams effort!
