Feed the corrections back to Geobase so the next release has the changes. That's another "easy to say harder to do" thing. NRCan has rigourous validation procedures so getting the all the i's dotted and t's crossed the way they need it can be a bit of a pain when feeding changes back up the line. There's also some work in persuading them that the changes you are proposing are correct and valid. It does work though; nobody wants to knowingly distribute wrong data. cheers, matt wilkie -------------------------------------------- Geographic Information, Information Management and Technology, Yukon Department of Environment 10 Burns Road * Whitehorse, Yukon * Y1A 4Y9 867-667-8133 Tel * 867-393-7003 Fax http://environmentyukon.gov.yk.ca/geomatics/ -------------------------------------------- _______________________________________________ Talk-ca mailing list [email protected] http://lists.openstreetmap.org/listinfo/talk-ca
