I would leave CanVec_OSM_Map_Features page as a top-level page for the CanVec data. That should describe what it is, if the status gets complicated/complete enough you could move it onto a separate page but I don't think we are at that stage yet. > Perhaps a chart with CanVec/GeoBase/Other at the top, then The provinces > along the side?
