For some of the features that might be proposed, as always, there will be a link on the tags to the proposal pages. I don't think there is a need to have a 'checked by' column, i'll just continuously update the script, modifying the tags (using the page history). .. as well as after people view the script and sample it on their own, and/or post on the talk pages. As i imagine that once more people look at it, odds are, that mistakes will get caught.
