We should put an hold on the import untill we get a concensus on the
approach and take the time to correct the Alberta. I do beleive that the
GeoBase must connect to existing OSM. As Simon mentionned, the correction
may become a huge task if our application does not make the work
automatically. I know Jean-Sébastien work made sure that the import preserve
the integration between existing OSM and GeoBase. Sam argument not to touch
existing osm does not make sense. The main goal of collaborative work is to
improve the final product.
