Thanks Steve, very well said :-) I think my best course of action is to proceed in importing a VERY small test area of the canvec/NHN features that i know is good. And post the known bug of "duplicate intersecting nodes" (bug1)
I then will stretch my learning curve to learn python & make AutoMatch work for CanVec data.
