My suggestion: Have the mapper, or one of us, flag all of his edits up until know with a tag, for example, "unverified=yes". Something that triggers maplint to complain would be best. Then, ask him to only untag streets he knows from memory, or that he's visited (and has a GPS track to back up). That way, we can slowly grandfather the unknown data out. I'm not sure if this would pass muster on the legal side, for IANAL... but it's a comprehensive approach to the possibly tainted data. Thanks, Gerald.
