I have not made any updates to bulk_import.pl, as far as I know it still isn't 0.6 compatible. I wasn't planning on doing all the provinces (at least at this stage). I was going to do the 092c13 area for you but then I find it is easier for me to focus on one province at a time. I am still working on merging nodes at intersections in Alberta, API downtime has delayed this (and that 092 update) a bit.
