The version http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=118054&package_id=320958 (that the wiki page seems to link to) should work with OJ 1.3 If you've used the version of RoadMatcher from the main roadmatcher site you should just be able to replace the .jar file with the binary I'm using http://www.easy-share.com/1905578997/roadmatcher-1.4.jar If your still having problems try posting the text and the error your getting and I might be able to come up with some more ideas.
