Hi Michael Barbanov, (cc:talk-ca) I processed the 092g area with canvec2osm_beta0_9.bat as 16 zip files. I think it would be 'smarter' if i wait until you created the complete_roads.osm file for the area, and made it available, and run roadmatcher later.
This way, i can make the .zip link available, the following day, so then folks out there who want to drop in the canvec .osm files can do so, with the roads.osm file there at the same time. What i suggest is hosting a 'drop-in party' so then all those working on it can 'plow through it' in 1 sitting, this way, there are no stragglers, and newbie mappers working on features that are just about to be droped. What you think of that idea? Sam p.s. Note to all, i know your all itching to see the data for your area (so am I), but we need to keep this area as a 'test-bed', as we dont want to have 'major errors' duplicated at every major city. if its just in 092 area is managable, so once this area passed some 'checks' by a few super mappers, i'll convert tiles for the 'major' cities, (aiming for these next to weeks to get to that) .....
