Hi all, a quick note to let you all know that i am no longer working with the following datasets:
All 40 datasets of Land Information Ontario (including trails) GeoBase (including all NHN & other features) CanVec (all 90 features in the set of 11 themes) All data available from Geogratis (including National protected areas) city of Toronto data city of Nanaimo Data city of Vancouver data as well as any future data that will become available in the future. Please direct all questions to Frank Steggink as well as cc both the as the newly formed 'Canada Imports Data working group' it's made up of the collective tallent of people Across Canada & around the world on the talk-ca list. As well as the imports@ list as it contains more international tallent, where we can learn from people around the world. I have now sucessfully 'shifted gears' to high-gear for the development of; -making a transparent garmin contour map of Canada -developing 5 paper mapbooks & gps guides for the Across Canada Trails - proposed routes across Canada -mapping on OCM the proposed National Cycle Network (that connects regional routes) -developing a paper map book wiki-template using OSM data, informally called 'WikiMAP Books Publishing' -writing a book called " a'bout a bear the story of Across Canada Trails" -making POI files for each of the Routes Across Canada I look forward to seeing the results from Frank, as he will announce the process and when the data should be ready for importing.
