These reserved lanes are similar to the reserved bus lanes we have in Québec. They haven't been tagged yet anywhere. If we look at Map Features, it appears that http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:psv is the right tagging to use, but this is for a whole way, not lanes. I don't think that adding a separate way just for the Olympic lane is a solution. You might want to take this discussion one level up. A quick check in UK, the tag watch reveals a total of 4 ways tagged with "bus_name=yes" or "buslane=yes". This needs to be discussed :) Pierre-Luc
