Cool! This allow us to assess that the resolution issues are really for cities with boundaries that match the islands they are on (such as Montréal, Laval, all municipalities of Orléans Island) or cities which ends on the Saint-Laurent river. It also help us to validate the city boundary data that has been entered in West Island (that's the cities on the south part of Montréal island). While some match perfectly, some other are a little off. I wonder what was the contributor's source. You have strong Mapnik / osm2pgsql skills! :) Pierre-Luc
