Concrete examples are parts of Highway 50, 55 and 73. They are highways: they have no traffic lights and have limited entrance and exits, but due to limited traffic or budget, there's one lane in each direction not separated. Funny fact: the overpasses have been build so that we can later separate the ways ;-) I believe we should stick with highway tag. So that they show up early in the zoom levels. Pierre-Luc
