Im finding that eventright.com seems to be good to use. It's free, and they only charge if there are tickets sold.
I think its a combination of wiki posting, direct email, osm message, google callendar, and talk-ca, meetup.com, twitter, facebook As not everyone is using all the mediums available. And some are only linux people, and others are only i phone people, and others are only walking-papers people. And others dont use skype or tinychat.com So its hard to say what method is best, as every area is different. And yet others are fine not having meetups and just connecting on 1 of the mediums. Cheers, Sam p.s i'll post the next week Victoria meetup on the other mediums also. On 4/28/10, Richard Weait <[email protected]> wrote: > Are there any other OSM meetups in Canada?
