Bonjour à tous, Quelques nouvelles concernant GeoBase/Canvec
We are working on addressing Manitoba road network (GeoBase). I understand it should be available before next fall - and in Canvec product soon after - Tyler, that's for you! We have reach an agreement with Québec few weeks ago. The Québec portion of NRN should be updated before next fall (the data was 8 years old :-) and it will include addressing! Again, I understand it should be available before next fall - and in Canvec product soon after. I had some problems converting Canvec addressing into Karlsruhe schema but it seems I have been able to bypass them. I am modifying the conversion process to include the last changes in the Canvec product and I should be able to add new samples that include addressing next week. That's the only reason I'm relying on the StatCan data for this. The address ranges seem reliable, just the geometry is a bit off. Not hard to correct really.
