[Talk-ca] Garmin Routable Canvec IMG files being made

Hi all,
I was just a couple hours short of my goal :)

Anyway, I'm now pumping out the Garmin routable maps as they appear in
the NRCan directory (or as fast as i can)
My script runs through and combines all of the quad-tree tiling that
was done to make it easier for OSMrs to copy-in the data using JOSM
and making sure that all the the data is verified :)

So the purpose of making these files available is so that end-users
will be able to install these maps as well as the latest OSM map, and
'pretend' that the data is already in OSM.   The combined IMG file can
also be opened up using gpsmapedit (http://www.geopainting.com/en/) as
in my example screen-view

I've also included as copy of the original .osm files as well as a
Garmin Map Index file "osmmap", so to make it a little easier to work
with.
