I was under the impression that we cannot use any of this data for OSM. [http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Canada_Import_Status] lists Edmonton, Toronto and Vancouver as possible data sources, but this goes against RWeait's "Edmontorcouver" blogs [ http://weait.com/content/unintended-restrictions]. None of the cities, nor BC, are listed on the main import sources page [ http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Import/Catalogue]. When I said the BC 100mm Ortho was nice, I wasn't talking about the license/OSM sense :)
