I've gone through some old emails, and compiled a section for CanVec->OSM conversions on the wiki page.

If someone sees a problem in data that has already been uploaded to OSM, they can check against the list to see if was a known issue (but wasn't corrected by the importer) at the time. Check it over to see if I missed anything. Daniel: At the end of CanVec 6 conversion, you preemptively said that BC coastal hydrography would be updated in CanVec 7. Did this actually happen?
