I'm writing this late at night so hopefully everything make sense.
Currently there are two competing schemes for the network=* tag. The first of these is ca_bc_primary and the second is CA:BC. (Using the example of a numbered route in BC) I propose moving to one standard. I do not know which is better. I have no strong opinions one way or the other as BC only has primary highways (or more precisely doesn't classify them) Points in favour of ca_bc_primary: Less escaping of special characters In use longer Points in favour of CA:BC Closer to what the US and other countries use
