Vous pouvez aussi poser vos questions en français. Have you tried the resources listed at http://switch2osm.org/ ? Also take a look at http://help.openstreetmap.org/ - asking there in a more generic way will get more attention too. I believe Mr. Fairhurst who initially created switch2osm.org also provides commercial consulting (listed at the end of http://switch2osm.org/find-out-more/).
