I have no idea when Bing would be updating their imagery but if someone can get imagery from some level of government under a suitable license I (or someone else) can host it.
Of course someone could always purchase imagery, but that can get pricey. Several places need it. Here are just a few examples: The entire {11} and {400}/{69} corridors because of new bypass alignments. (Some areas along them don't have any imagery period.) QEW in St. Catharines where it was widened and all the interchanges have been re-configured. (Bing Imagery says it's from 2006.) --James
