I came across some aerial photos on Flicker that could be used for adding features to OSM. The photos are much newer than the existing Bing imagery and seem to include lots of new development in Ottawa. The photos are tagged on Flicker with a copyright by the owner only. I have contacted him via Flicker and have obtained his approval to use his aerial photos for the purpose of adding data to OSM.
Have I missed anything? Is it safe to use this imagery now? Bill
