Is this good news for OSM?

The City of Vancouver has adopted the Canadian Open Government Licence
(OGL), significantly enhancing the City's open data program and marking
progress on its Digital Strategy initiative to expand open data. This
important step makes it simple and easy for users to combine open data from
the City of Vancouver with open data from other providers who have adopted
the OGL including the Government of Canada, Provinces of BC, Alberta and
Ontario and the cities of Nanaimo, Edmonton and Toronto.
