Does anyone know of an OSM-compatible free WMS source we can use for aerial imagery for all of Nanaimo? Bing does not have street-level imagery for Nanaimo north of 49.14°N and east of 123.94°W, and all of the sources I can find for that imagery (Google, the City of Nanaimo itself) are walled off behind a layer of legal cowardice.
