FYI: There is a short piece in today's "Metro Toronto" (free newspaper) on page 11 about an OSM mapping event tomorrow (October 14th, 2015) at the Centre for Social Innovation. Regrettably I have another event scheduled tomorrow evening, so I can't go, but I would recommend that everyone who can go, do so.
