Hello! I'm a beginner in the use of Open Street Map. I was referred to a map showing the extent of a flood happening in 2011(http://pierzen.dev.openstreetmap.org/hot/openlayers/inondation-richelieu-2011.htm ). I was able to open the map and access it visually, but was not able to extract the polygons behind it. So I wanted to know how to extract the polygons of this flood footprint in .shp or .tab to use in a GIS software?
